पापयोनिं समापतन्नाश्वाण्डाला मूकचूचुका: । वर्णान् पर्यायशश्षापि प्राप्रुवन्त्युत्तरोत्तरम्
pāpayoniṁ samāpatann āśvāṇḍālā mūkacūcukāḥ | varṇān paryāyaśaś cāpi prāpnuvanty uttarottaram ||
ਵਾਯੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਕੁਝ ਜੀਵ ਮੁੜ ਪਾਪ-ਯੋਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿੱਗ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ; ਉਹ ਚਾਂਡਾਲ, ਗੂੰਗੇ ਜਾਂ ਹਕਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਜਨਮ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਕਰਮ-ਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਪੁੰਨ ਦੇ ਪੱਕਣ ਨਾਲ, ਜਨਮ-ਜਨਮਾਂਤਰ ਦੇ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਉੱਤਰੋੱਤਰ ਉੱਚ ਵਰਣ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
