अकृते कृतमानित्वमज्ञाने ज्ञानमानिता । अमैत्री विकृताभावो हा श्रद्धा मूढठभावना

Transliteration

akṛte kṛtamānitvam ajñāne jñānamānitā | amaitrī vikṛtābhāvo hā śraddhā mūḍhaṭhabhāvanā ||

Translation

ਵਾਯੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ— ਨਾ ਕੀਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਮਾਣ ਕਰਨਾ; ਅਗਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਆਨੀ ਸਮਝਣਾ; ਮਿੱਤਰਤਾ ਦਾ ਅਭਾਵ; ਵਿਗੜਿਆ ਤੇ ਦੂਸ਼ਿਤ ਸੁਭਾਉ; ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਸ; ਅਤੇ ਹਠੀਲੀ, ਮੋਹ-ਘੇਰੀ ਸੋਚ— ਇਹ ਅੰਦਰੂਨੀ ਭ੍ਰਸ਼ਟਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ-ਪਤਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਹਨ।
