अश्वमेध-उपदेशः तथा मरुत्त-यज्ञ-धन-प्रसङ्गः

युधिछिर उवाच कथं यज्ञे मरुत्तस्य द्रविणं तत् समाचितम् | कम्मिंश्व काले स नूपो बभूव वदतां वर
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca kathaṃ yajñe maruttasya draviṇaṃ tat samācitam | kasmiṃś ca kāle sa nṛpo babhūva vadatāṃ vara ||
ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ—ਹੇ ਵਕਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ! ਮਰੁੱਤ ਦੇ ਯਜ੍ਞ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਧਨ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਇਕੱਠਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ? ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਰਾਜਾ ਕਿਹੜੇ ਕਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਇਆ? ਦੱਸੋ।
