धृतराष्ट्रस्य स्पर्शाभिलाषः — Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Request for Touch and Permission for Tapas

आददीत बल राजा मौलं मित्रबलं तथा । अटवीबल भृतं चैव तथा श्रेणीबलं प्रभो
Translation
ਪ੍ਰਭੋ! ਰਾਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੋਲ ਮੌਲ-ਬਲ (ਆਪਣੀ ਸੈਨਾ), ਧਨ-ਬਲ, ਮਿੱਤਰ-ਬਲ, ਅਟਵੀ-ਬਲ, ਭ੍ਰਿਤ-ਬਲ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ-ਬਲ—ਇਹ ਸਭ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਕਰਨੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।
