धृतराष्ट्रस्य पश्चात्तापः तथा वनप्रस्थानानुज्ञा | Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Remorse and Request for Forest-Retirement
सर्वे मन्त्रगृहे वर्ज्या ये चापि जडपड़व: । “जहाँ अधिक घास-फूस या झाड़-झंखाड़ न हो
sarve mantragṛhe varjyā ye cāpi jaḍapaṅgavaḥ | mantrabhede hi ye doṣā bhavanti pṛthivīkṣitām ||
ਮੰਤ੍ਰ-ਗ੍ਰਿਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੋ ਮੰਦਬੁੱਧੀ ਜਾਂ ਪੰਗੂ ਹੋਣ, ਉਹ ਸਭ ਰੋਕੇ ਜਾਣ। ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਭੇਦ ਖੁਲ੍ਹ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਸਕ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੋ ਦੋਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਪਤਾਂ ਆਉਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
