स्थिता5हं बालभावेन तत्र दोषमबुद्ध्यती । अथ देव: सहस्रांशुर्मत्समीपगतो भवत्‌

Transliteration

sthitāhaṃ bāla-bhāvena tatra doṣam abuddhyatī | atha devaḥ sahasrāṃśur mat-samīpa-gato bhavat ||

Translation

ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਮੈਂ ਬਾਲ-ਸੁਭਾਵ ਦੀ ਨਿਰਮਲਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ; ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਹੋ ਜਿਹਾ ਦੋਸ਼ ਉੱਠ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਮਝੀ। ਤਦ ਸਹਸ੍ਰ ਕਿਰਣਾਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੂਰਜਦੇਵ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਕੇ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋ ਗਏ।
