Śrāddha-Kalpa: Pitṛ-Pūjā and Tithi-Phala (श्राद्धकल्पः पितृपूजा च तिथिफलम्)
शूलपाणेर्भगवतो रुद्रस्य च महात्मन: । गिरौ हिमवति श्रेष्ठे तदा भूगुकुलोद्वह
śūlapāṇer bhagavato rudrasya ca mahātmanaḥ | girau himavati śreṣṭhe tadā bhṛgukulodvaha ||
ਹੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਗੁਕੁਲ-ਉਦਵਹ! ਇਹ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਸ਼ਠ ਹਿਮਵਤ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਸ਼ੂਲਪਾਣੀ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਗ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ।
भीष्म उवाच
