जीवन्तं त्वानुजीवन्तु प्रजा: सर्वा युधिष्ठिर । पर्जन्यमिव भूतानि महाद्रुममिवाण्डजा:
jīvantaṃ tvānujīvantu prajāḥ sarvā yudhiṣṭhira | parjanyam iva bhūtāni mahādrumam ivāṇḍajāḥ ||
ਹੇ ਯੁਧਿਸ਼ਠਿਰ! ਤੂੰ ਜੀਉਂਦਾ ਰਹੇਂ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਜਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੀਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਫਲੇ-ਫੂਲੇ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜੀਵ ਵਰਖਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਛੀ ਮਹਾਂ-ਵ੍ਰਿੱਖ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਆਸਰੇ ਰਹਿਣ।
