Brāhmaṇa-pūjā, Haviḥ-dāna, and the Vāsudeva–Pṛthivī Saṃvāda
Chapter 34
नारदं प्राउ्जलिं दृष्टवा पूजयान द्विजर्षभान् । केशव: परिपप्रच्छ भगवन् कान् नमस्यसि
nāradaṃ prāñjaliṃ dṛṣṭvā pūjayān dvijarṣabhān | keśavaḥ paripapraccha bhagavan kān namasyasi ||
ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਦੇਵਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਰਦ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਥ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਉੱਤਮ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਕੇਸ਼ਵ (ਸ਼੍ਰੀਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ) ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ—“ਭਗਵਨ! ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ?”
