ऋग्गवेदे वर्तते चाग्रया श्रुतिर्यस्थ महात्मन:

Transliteration

ṛgvede vartate cāgrayā śrutir yatra mahātmanaḥ |

Translation

ਰਿਗਵੇਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਮਹਾਤਮਾ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਬੰਧਿਤ ਇੱਕ ਉੱਤਮ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਰਗਣਯ ਸ਼੍ਰੁਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਰਾਜਨ, ਉੱਥੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਤ੍ਸਮਦ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਆਦਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ; ਬ੍ਰਹਮਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਤ੍ਸਮਦ ਆਤਮਿਕ ਤੇਜ ਨਾਲ ਦਿਪਤ ਅਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਚਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਡੋਲ ਸੀ।
