प्रभावात्मा जगत्कालस्थालो लोकहितस्तरु: । सारड्रो नवचक्राड़: केतुमाली सभावन:
prabhāvātmā jagatkālasthālo lokahitastaruḥ | sāraḍro navacakrāḍaḥ ketumālī sabhāvanaḥ ||
ਵਾਯੁ-ਦੇਵ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ— ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਮਯ ਆਤਮਾ-ਸਰੂਪ ਹੈ; ਜਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਲ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਆਸਰੇ ਟਿਕੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਲੋਕ-ਹਿਤ ਦਾ ਵ੍ਰਿੱਖ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ, ਨਵ-ਚਕ੍ਰਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਯੁਕਤ, ਧ੍ਵਜਧਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਚੇ ਸੁਭਾਉ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ।
