प्रयत: प्रातरुत्थाय यदधीये विशाम्पते । प्राज्जलि: शतरुद्रीयं तन्‍्मे निगदत: शृणु

Transliteration

prayataḥ prātarutthāya yadadhīye viśāmpate | prāñjaliḥ śatarudrīyaṃ tan me nigadataḥ śṛṇu prajānātha ||

Translation

ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਜਾਨਾਥ! ਮੈਂ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਉੱਠ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਇੰਦ੍ਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਯਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹੱਥ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਤਰੁਦ੍ਰੀਯ ਦਾ ਜਪ ਤੇ ਪਾਠ-ਅਧਿਐਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਉਹ ਹੁਣ ਮੈਂ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹਾਂ; ਸੁਣ।
