वायुरुवाच ब्राह्मणान्‌ क्षात्रधर्मेण पालयस्वेन्द्रियाणि च । भगुभ्यस्ते भयं घोरं तत्‌ तु कालाद भविष्यति

Transliteration

vāyur uvāca brāhmaṇān kṣātradharmeṇa pālayasvendriyāṇi ca | bhṛgubhyaḥ te bhayaṃ ghoraṃ tat tu kālād bhaviṣyati ||

Translation

ਵਾਯੂ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਰਾਜਨ! ਖ਼ਤਰੀ ਧਰਮ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਇੰਦ੍ਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੰਯਮ ਵੀ ਰੱਖ। ਭ੍ਰਿਗੁ-ਵੰਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਘੋਰ ਡਰ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ; ਪਰ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਮਾਂ ਬੀਤਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
