महेन्द्रगुरव: सप्त प्राचीं वै दिशमाश्रिता: । प्रयत: कीर्तयेदेतान् शक्रलोके महीयते
mahendraguravaḥ sapta prācīṃ vai diśam āśritāḥ | prayataḥ kīrtayed etān śakraloke mahīyate ||
ਮਹੇਂਦ੍ਰ ਦੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਕਹੇ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸੱਤ ਮਹਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਪੂਰਬ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜੋ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਸੰਯਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਧ-ਚਿੱਤ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਰਧਾ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਉਚਾਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸ਼ਕ੍ਰ (ਇੰਦਰ) ਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਨ-ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
