Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)
ततो वितिमिरो लोक: क्षणेन समपद्यत | ज्वाला च महती दीप्ता ललाटात् तस्य नि:सृता,तदनन्तर क्षणभरमें सारे जगत्का अन्धकार दूर हो गया। भगवान् शिवके ललाटसे अत्यन्त दीप्तिशालिनी महाज्वाला प्रकट हो गयी
tato vitimiro lokaḥ kṣaṇena samapadyata | jvālā ca mahatī dīptā lalāṭāt tasya niḥsṛtā |
ਤਦੋਂ ਇਕ ਪਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਲੋਕ ਦਾ ਅੰਧਕਾਰ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਤੁਰੰਤ ਹੀ ਉਸ (ਸ਼ਿਵ) ਦੇ ਲਲਾਟ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ਮਾਨ ਮਹਾ-ਜਵਾਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋਈ।
