Conduct of the Virtuous Wife
तपस्विनो धृतिमत: प्रमोद: समुपागत: । एतत् पृच्छामि ते विद्वन्नभिवाद्य प्रणम्य च
bhīṣma uvāca | tapasvino dhṛtimataḥ pramodaḥ samupāgataḥ | etat pṛcchāmi te vidvann abhivādya praṇamya ca |
“ਤੁਸੀਂ ਤਪਸਵੀ ਅਤੇ ਧੀਰਜਵਾਨ ਹੋ; ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪ੍ਰਮੋਦ ਜਾਗ ਪਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ, ਹੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਅਭਿਵਾਦਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਮਸਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਪੁੱਛਦਾ ਹਾਂ—ਇਸ ਮੁਸਕਾਨ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਕੀ ਹੈ?”
