मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
संख्यामतिगुणां चापि तेषु लोकेषु मोदते । उन सभी स्थानोंमें सफलमनोरथ होकर वह देवकन्याओंद्वारा पूजित होता है तथा जिस यज्ञमें बहुत-से सुवर्णकी दक्षिणा दी जाती है
saṅkhyām atiguṇāṁ cāpi teṣu lokeṣu modate |
ਭੀਸ਼ਮ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ—ਉਹ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵਧ ਕੇ ਆਨੰਦ ਮਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਮਨੋਰਥ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ; ਦੇਵਕਨਿਆਵਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਯੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸੋਨਾ ਦੱਖਿਣਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਫਲ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੰਖ ਵਰ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਖ ਭੋਗਦਾ ਹੈ।
