अहिंसानिरतो नित्यं सत्यवाग विजितेन्द्रिय: । वाजपेयस्य यज्ञस्य स फलं समुपाश्षुते
ahiṃsā-nirato nityaṃ satyavāg vijitendriyaḥ | vājapeyasya yajñasya sa phalaṃ samupāśnute ||
ਅੰਗਿਰਾ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਜੋ ਸਦਾ ਅਹਿੰਸਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਤ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਸੱਚ ਬੋਲਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਇੰਦ੍ਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ—ਉਹ ਵਾਜਪੇਯ ਯੱਗ ਦਾ ਉਹੀ ਫਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
