Transliteration

udaṅmukhaḥ snānaṃ satataṃ śaucaṃ kuryāt samāhitaḥ

Translation

ਉੱਤਰ ਵੱਲ ਮੂੰਹ ਕਰਕੇ ਨਿੱਤ ਇਸ਼ਨਾਨ ਕਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਕਾਗ੍ਰ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਸਦਾ ਸ਼ੌਚ-ਸ਼ੁੱਧੀ ਦਾ ਪਾਲਣ ਕਰੇ।
