Praise of Ācāra as the Basis of Longevity, Fame, and Prosperity
तदावसेत् सदा प्राज्ञो भवार्थी मनुजेश्वर । मनुजेश्वर! अपनी उन्नति चाहनेवाले विद्वान् पुरुषको उचित है कि ब्राह्मणके द्वारा वास्तुपूजनपूर्वक आरम्भ कराये और अच्छे कारीगरके द्वारा बनाये हुए घरमें सदा निवास करे
tad āvaset sadā prājño bhavārthī manu-jeśvara |
ਹੇ ਮਨੁਜ-ਈਸ਼ਵਰ! ਜੋ ਬੁੱਧਿਮਾਨ ਪੁਰਖ ਉੱਨਤੀ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਵਾਸਤੂ-ਪੂਜਨ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਦਾ ਆਰੰਭ ਕਰਾਏ, ਅਤੇ ਨਿਪੁਣ ਕਾਰੀਗਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਣਾਏ ਸੁਘੜ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਦਾ ਨਿਵਾਸ ਕਰੇ।
