यो जानाति परप्रज्ञां नीतिशास्त्रानुसारिणीम्‌ । विज्ञायेह तथा कुर्यादापद॑ निस्तरेद्‌ यथा

Transliteration

yo jānāti paraprajñāṁ nītiśāstrānusāriṇīm | vijñāyeha tathā kuryād āpadaṁ nistared yathā ||

Translation

ਜੋ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੀ ਬੁੱਧੀ ਨੂੰ—ਜੋ ਨੀਤੀ-ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਹੈ—ਸਮਝ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਥੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਰਖ ਕੇ ਐਸਾ ਹੀ ਉਪਾਅ ਕਰੇ ਕਿ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਨੂੰ ਯਥੋਚਿਤ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰ ਕਰ ਜਾਵੇ।
