एवमुक्तास्तु ते सर्वे पाण्डुपुत्रेण कौरवा: । प्रसन्नवदना भूत्वा तेडन्ववर्तन्त पाण्डवान्,पाण्डुनन्दन युधिष्ठिरके इस प्रकार कहनेपर वे समस्त कुरुवंशी प्रसन्नचदन होकर पाण्डवोंके अनुकूल हो कहने लगे--'पाण्डुकुमारो! मार्गमें सर्वदा सब प्राणियोंसे तुम्हारा कल्याण हो। तुम्हें कहींसे किसी प्रकारका अशुभ न प्राप्त हो”
evaṃ uktās tu te sarve pāṇḍuputreṇa kauravāḥ | prasannavadanā bhūtvā te 'nuvavartanta pāṇḍavān ||
ਵੈਸ਼ੰਪਾਯਨ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ—ਪਾਂਡੁਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਕਹਿਣ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੌਰਵ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨ ਮੁਖ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਪਾਂਡਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਕੂਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਲੇ—“ਪਾਂਡੁਨੰਦਨ! ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਦਾ ਸਭ ਪ੍ਰਾਣੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਹੋਵੇ; ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪਾਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਸ਼ੁਭ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਲੱਗੇ।”
