एवमुक्ता तु सा देवी तथा चक्रे पतिव्रता । यथोक्तमेव तद्वाक्यं भद्रा पुत्रार्थिनी तदा,आकाशवाणीके यों कहनेपर पुत्रकी इच्छा रखनेवाली पतिव्रता भद्रादेवीने पतिकी पूर्वोक्त आज्ञाका अक्षरश: पालन किया
evamuktā tu sā devī tathā cakre pativratā | yathoktam eva tad vākyaṃ bhadrā putrārthinī tadā ||
ਇਉਂ ਕਹੇ ਜਾਣ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਪਤਿਵ੍ਰਤਾ ਦੇਵੀ ਓਹੀ ਕਰ ਬੈਠੀ। ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਭਦਰਾ ਨੇ ਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਕਹੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਦਾ ਤਿਵੇਂ ਨਿਭਾਇਆ।
