नाम पञ्चविंशत्यधिकद्विशततमो ऽध्यायः सूत उवाच वक्ष्ये साङ्गं महायोगं भुक्तिमुक्तिकरं परम् / सर्वपापप्रशमनं भक्त्यानुपठितं शृणु

ਸੂਤ ਜੀ ਬੋਲੇ—ਮੈਂ ਅੰਗਾਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਉਸ ਪਰਮ ਮਹਾਯੋਗ ਦਾ ਉਪਦੇਸ਼ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਜੋ ਭੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਖ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਦਾ ਹੈ। ਭਗਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਠਿਤ ਇਹ ਬਚਨ ਸੁਣੋ; ਇਹ ਸਭ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਮਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
