Transliteration

śilā manaḥ śilā jñeyā nepālī kulaṭīti ca / ālaṃ manastālakaṃ vā haritālaṃ vinirdiśet

Translation

‘ਸ਼ਿਲਾ-ਮਨਹ’ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿਲਾ-ਸਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ (ਪੱਥਰ ਵਰਗਾ) ਮਨਹ ਸਮਝੋ; ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ‘ਨੇਪਾਲੀ’ ਅਤੇ ‘ਕੁਲਟੀ’ ਵੀ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਆਲ’ ਨੂੰ ‘ਮਨਸਤਾਲਕ’ ਅਰਥਾਤ ‘ਹਰਿਤਾਲ’ (ਪੀਲਾ ਔਰਪਿਮੈਂਟ) ਵਜੋਂ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
