rājovāca kutra kṣattur bhagavatā maitreyeṇāsa saṅgamaḥ kadā vā saha-saṁvāda etad varṇaya naḥ prabho

Translation

ਰਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ—ਵਿਦੁਰ ਦਾ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਮੈਤ੍ਰੇਯ ਮੁਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਾਪ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਦੋਂ ਹੋਈ? ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ, ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਵਰਣਨ ਕਰੋ।
