आ मारुक्षद् देवमणिर्मह्या अरिष्टतातये । इमं मेथिमभिसंविशध्वं तनूपानं त्रिवरूथमोजसे

IAST Transliteration

ā́ mā́rukṣad devamáṇir mahyā́ ariṣṭátātaye | imáṃ méthim abhí-saṃ-viśadhvaṃ tanūpā́naṃ tri-varū́tham ójase

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Hither hath the divine Jewel mounted upon me for unhurt estate. Enter ye into this post—body-guarding, triple-sheltered—for strength.

Translation

ਅਖੰਡ ਅਵਸਥਾ ਲਈ ਦਿਵ੍ਯ ਮਣੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਆਇਆ ਹੈ। ਹੇ ਦੇਵੋ, ਇਸ ਥੰਮ੍ਹ/ਖੂੰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਵੇਸ਼ ਕਰੋ—ਦੇਹ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ (ਤਨੂਪਾਨ), ਤ੍ਰਿਵਰੂਥ (ਤਿੰਨ ਆਵਰਨਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਆਸਰਾ)—ਬਲ ਲਈ।
