bṛ́haspátinā śīrṣṇā́

With Bṛhaspati as the (hallowing) power, with the head (as instrument).

Translation

ਬ੍ਰਿਹਸਪਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਿਤ੍ਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ, ਸਿਰ (ਮਸਤਕ) ਨੂੰ ਸਾਧਨ ਬਣਾ ਕੇ।
