४६॥ ततश्चैनमन्याभ्यां प्रपदाभ्यां प्राशीर्याभ्यां चैतं पूर्व ऋषयः प्राश्नन्

tátas caínam anyā́bhyāṃ prá-padābhyāṃ prá-āśī́r-yābhyāṃ ca etáṃ pū́rve ṛ́ṣayaḥ prá-aśnan

Thereafter, with two other steps, with two benedictions also, this did the seers of old partake.

ਤਦੋਂ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ, ਹੋਰ ਦੋ ਕਦਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਦੋ ਆਸ਼ੀਰਵਾਦਾਂ (ਪ੍ਰਾਸ਼ੀਰ੍ਯ) ਨਾਲ ਵੀ—ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਰਾਤਨ ਰਿਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ (ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ)।
