ये ते देवि शमितारः पक्तारो ये च ते जनाः । ते त्वा सर्वे गोप्स्यन्ति मैभ्यो भैषीः शतौदने
yé te devi śamitā́raḥ paktā́ro yé ca te jánāḥ | té tvā sárve gopsyánti mā́ ’ebhyó bhaiṣīḥ śatā́udane
They who are thine, O Goddess—the slaughterers, the cooks, and the folk beside thee—all these shall guard thee: fear not from them, O Hundred-odana.
ਹੇ ਦੇਵੀ, ਤੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਮਿਤਾਰ (ਵਧ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ), ਪਕਤਾਰ (ਪਕਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ) ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਦੇ ਲੋਕ—ਉਹ ਸਭ ਤੇਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਹੇ ਸ਼ਤੌਦਨੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਡਰ ਨਾ।
