आविः सन्निहितं गुहा जरन्नाम महत् पदम्। तत्रेदं सर्वमार्पितमेजत् प्राणत् प्रतिष्ठितम्
āvíḥ sannihitáṃ gúhā járan nā́ma mahát padám | tátrédáṃ sárvam ārpitám éjat prāṇát prátiṣṭhitam
Manifest, yet laid away in secrecy, is the great station, ancient by name. Therein is all this fastened—moving, breathing—set firm in its abiding-place.
ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਵੀ ਗੁਹਾ (ਗੁਪਤਤਾ) ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਨਿਹਿਤ ਹੈ—ਨਾਮੋਂ ਜਰਤ (ਪੁਰਾਤਨ) ਉਹ ਮਹਾਨ ਪਦ। ਉੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਅਰਪਿਤ (ਬੱਝਿਆ) ਹੈ—ਹਿਲਦਾ, ਸਾਹ ਲੈਂਦਾ—ਆਪਣੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਿਸ਼ਠਾ-ਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਕਾ ਟਿਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ।
