ତାହାଙ୍କ ଏହି କଥା ଶୁଣି ଦେବେଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ ହେଲେ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ଧୈର୍ୟ-ସ୍ଥିରତା ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରି ପାଣ୍ଡୁପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷାମୟ ଗର୍ବିତ ବଚନ କହିଲେ।
