इत्युक्तः स्वात्मभूर्देवः सुरैर्दैत्यविचेष्टितम् सुरानुवाच भगवांस् ततः स्मितमुखाम्बुजः //

ଦେବମାନେ ଦାନବମାନଙ୍କ ଆକ୍ରମଣାତ୍ମକ ଚେଷ୍ଟା ବିଷୟରେ କହିଲେ, ସ୍ୱୟଂଭୂ ଦେବ ବ୍ରହ୍ମା—ମନ୍ଦ ହାସ୍ୟରେ ଶୋଭିତ ପଦ୍ମମୁଖ ଭଗବାନ—ତେବେ ଦେବମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ।
