जयो जयन्तो विजयो जयत्सेनो जयद्धल: । इति गुह्मानि नामानि चक्रे तेषां युधिष्ठिर:,तब युधिष्ठिरने क्रमश: पाँचों भाइयोंके जय, जयन्त, विजय, जयत्सेन और जयद्वल-- ये गुप्त नाम रखे

Transliteration

jayo jayanto vijayo jayatseno jayaddhalaḥ | iti guhyāni nāmāni cakre teṣāṃ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ||

Translation

ବୈଶମ୍ପାୟନ କହିଲେ—ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର ଭାଇମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଗୁପ୍ତ ନାମ ରଖିଲେ—ଜୟ, ଜୟନ୍ତ, ବିଜୟ, ଜୟତ୍ସେନ ଏବଂ ଜୟଦ୍ଧଲ। ଅଜ୍ଞାତବାସରେ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ରକ୍ଷା ଓ ପରିଚୟ ଗୋପନ ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ସେ ଏହି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କଲେ।
