नियच्छैनां मतिं राजन्‌ धर्मार्थसुखनाशिनीम्‌ | यशःप्रतापवीर्यघ्नीं शत्रूणां हर्षवर्धनीम्‌

Transliteration

niyacchaināṁ matiṁ rājan dharmārthasukhanāśinīm | yaśaḥpratāpavīryaghnīṁ śatrūṇāṁ harṣavardhanīm ||

Translation

“ହେ ରାଜନ! ଏହି ମତିକୁ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ କରନ୍ତୁ। ଏହା ଧର୍ମ, ଅର୍ଥ ଓ ସୁଖକୁ ନାଶ କରେ; ଯଶ, ପ୍ରତାପ ଓ ବୀର୍ୟକୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରେ; ଏବଂ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ହର୍ଷକୁ ବଢ଼ାଏ।”
