युधिष्ठिर उवाच या सा बाल्यात्‌ प्रभृत्यस्मान्‌ पर्यवर्थयताबला । उपवासतप:शीला सदा स्वस्त्ययने रता

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | yā sā bālyāt prabhṛty asmān paryavarthayatābalā | upavāsa-tapaḥ-śīlā sadā svastyayane ratā ||

Translation

ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର କହିଲେ—ହେ ଶତ୍ରୁସଂହାରକ ଜନାର୍ଦ୍ଦନ! ଯିଏ ଅବଳା ହୋଇ ମଧ୍ୟ ଶୈଶବରୁ ଆମକୁ ପାଳି-ପୋଷି ବଡ଼ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯାହାଙ୍କ ସ୍ୱଭାବ ଉପବାସ ଓ ତପସ୍ୟା, ଯିଏ ସଦା ମଙ୍ଗଳସାଧନରେ ରତ—ମାଧବ! ଆମ ମାତା କୁନ୍ତୀଙ୍କୁ ଭେଟି ତାଙ୍କ କୁଶଳ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ପଚାରିବେ।
