नतु युक्त रणे हन्तुं दिव्यैरस्त्रै: पृथगजनम् । आर्जवेनैव युद्धेन विजेष्यामो वयं परान्
na tu yuktaṃ raṇe hantuṃ divyair astraiḥ pṛthagjanam | ārjavenaiva yuddhena vijeṣyāmo vayaṃ parān ||
ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର କହିଲେ—ରଣରେ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଦିବ୍ୟାସ୍ତ୍ରଦ୍ୱାରା ହତ୍ୟା କରିବା ଯୁକ୍ତିସଙ୍ଗତ ନୁହେଁ। ତେଣୁ ଆମେ ସରଳ ଓ ଧର୍ମସମ୍ମତ ଯୁଦ୍ଧରେ ହିଁ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜୟ କରିବୁ।
