अम्बायाः तपोदीक्षा–रुद्रवर–आत्मदाहः
Amba’s Ascetic Vow, Rudra’s Boon, and Self-Immolation
भायोवाच न तन्मिथ्या महाराज भविष्यति कथंचन । त्रैलोेक्यकर्ता कस्माद्धि वृथा वक्तुमिहाहति
dṛpada uvāca | na tan mithyā mahārāja bhaviṣyati kathaṃcana | trailokyakartā kasmād dhi vṛthā vaktum ihārhati | rājan yadi te rocate brūyāṃ mama vākyaṃ niśāmaya | pṛṣatanandana etac chrutvā yathābuddhi gṛhāṇa ||
ରାଣୀ କହିଲେ—ମହାରାଜ! ତାହା କେବେ ମିଥ୍ୟା ହେବ ନାହିଁ। ତ୍ରିଲୋକକର୍ତ୍ତା ଭଗବାନ (ଶିବ) ଏଠାରେ ବ୍ୟର୍ଥ କିମ୍ବା ଅସତ୍ୟ କଥା କିପରି କହିପାରିବେ?
