हनिष्यसि रणे भीष्म॑ पुरुषत्वं च लप्स्यसे । स्मरिष्यसि च तत्‌ सर्व देहमन्यं गता सती

Transliteration

haniṣyasi raṇe bhīṣmaṁ puruṣatvaṁ ca lapsyase | smariṣyasi ca tat sarvaṁ deham anyaṁ gatā satī ||

Translation

“ରଣରେ ତୁମେ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ଭୀଷ୍ମଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କରିବ; ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ଅନୁସାରେ ପୁରୁଷତ୍ୱ ମଧ୍ୟ ପାଇବ। ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେହକୁ ଯାଇଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏ ସବୁ କଥା ତୁମ ସ୍ମୃତିରେ ରହିବ।”
