Ulūka’s Provocation and Keśava’s Counter-Message (उलूकदूत्ये केशवप्रत्युत्तरम्)

अद्येदानीं विजानीम: सन्ति षण्ढा: सशृज्भका: । “श्रीकृष्ण! मैं देखता हूँ संसारमें अकस्मात्‌ ही तुम्हारा महान्‌ यश फैल गया है; परंतु अब इस समय हमें मालूम हुआ है कि जो लोग तुम्हारे पूजक हैं

adyedānīṃ vijānīmaḥ santi ṣaṇḍhāḥ saśṛjbhakāḥ |

ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ— ଆଜି ଏବେ ଆମେ ଜାଣିଲୁ: ପୁରୁଷତ୍ୱର ଚିହ୍ନ ମାତ୍ର ଧାରଣ କରିଥିବା ନପୁଂସକ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ହେ ଶ୍ରୀକୃଷ୍ଣ! ମୁଁ ଦେଖୁଛି ଯେ ତୁମ ମହାନ୍ ଯଶ ଅକସ୍ମାତ୍ ଜଗତରେ ପ୍ରସାରିତ ହୋଇଛି; କିନ୍ତୁ ଏବେ ଆମେ ଜାଣିଲୁ— ଯେମାନେ ନିଜକୁ ତୁମ ପୂଜକ ବୋଲି କହନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରକୃତରେ ପୁରୁଷଚିହ୍ନଧାରୀ ନପୁଂସକ ମାତ୍ର।
