प्राच्यै: प्रतीच्यैरथ दाक्षिणात्यै- रुदीच्यकाम्बोजशकै: खशैश्न । शाल्वै: समत्स्यै: कुरुमध्यदेश्यै- म्लेच्छै: पुलिन्दैर्द्रविडान्ध्रकाउचयै:

Transliteration

sañjaya uvāca |

prācyaiḥ pratīcyair atha dākṣiṇātyair

udīcyakāmbojaśakaiḥ khaśaiś ca |

śālvaiḥ samatsyaiḥ kurumadhyadeśyaiḥ

mlecchaiḥ pulindair draviḍāndhrakāñcyaiḥ ||

Translation

ସଞ୍ଜୟ କହିଲେ— କୌରବ ସେନା ସବୁ ଦିଗରୁ ରକ୍ଷିତ—ପୂର୍ବ, ପଶ୍ଚିମ, ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗର ରାଜାମାନେ; କାମ୍ବୋଜ, ଶକ ଓ ଖଶ; ଶାଲ୍ୱ ମତ୍ସ୍ୟ ସହ; କୁରୁ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟଦେଶୀୟ ଯୋଦ୍ଧା; ଏବଂ ସୀମାନ୍ତବାସୀ ମ୍ଲେଚ୍ଛ-ପୁଲିନ୍ଦ, ସହିତ ଦ୍ରାବିଡ, ଆନ୍ଧ୍ର ଓ କାଞ୍ଚୀଦେଶୀୟ ବୀରମାନେ।
