न चातिष्ठत्‌ पितुः शास्त्रे बलदर्पविमोहित:ः । अवमेने च पितरं 40 क्षाप्पपराजित:

Transliteration

na cātiṣṭhat pituḥ śāstre baladarpavimohitaḥ | avamene ca pitaraṃ kṣāpraparājitaḥ ||

Translation

ନିଜ ବଳର ଦର୍ପରେ ମୋହିତ ହୋଇ ସେ ପିତାଙ୍କ ଶାସନ ମାନିଲା ନାହିଁ। ଯେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅପରାଜିତ, ସେଇ ନିଜ ପିତାଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅବମାନ କଲା।
