दारेष्वप्यतिसक्तश्न यक्ष्माणं समपद्यत | यदा त्वराजके राष्ट्र न ववर्ष सुरेश्वर: । तदाभ्यधावन्‌ मामेव प्रजा: क्षुद्धयपीडिता:

Transliteration

dāreṣv apy atisaktaś ca yakṣmāṇaṃ samapadyata | yadā tv arājake rāṣṭre na vavarṣa sureśvaraḥ | tadābhyadhāvan mām eva prajāḥ kṣudhayāpīḍitāḥ |

Translation

ପତ୍ନୀମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଅତ୍ୟଧିକ ଆସକ୍ତିରୁ ସେ ରାଜୟକ୍ଷ୍ମା ରୋଗରେ ପଡ଼ିଲେ ଏବଂ ତାହାରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ ହୋଇ ପ୍ରାଣ ତ୍ୟାଗ କଲେ। ତାପରେ ରାଜାବିହୀନ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରରେ ସୁରେଶ୍ୱର ଇନ୍ଦ୍ର ବର୍ଷା ବନ୍ଦ କରିଦେଲେ; ସେ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ କ୍ଷୁଧାରେ ପୀଡ଼ିତ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଜା ଶରଣ ପାଇଁ କେବଳ ମୋ ପାଖକୁ ଦୌଡ଼ି ଆସିଲେ।
