जनार्दन! इसके सिवा जो समस्त राजालोग सभामें बैठे थे, उन्होंने अपना विचार किस रूपमें प्रकट किया? आप इन सब बातोंको ठीक-ठीक बताइये ।।

Transliteration

janārdana! etat-śeṣaṁ ye sarve rājānaḥ sabhāyāṁ niṣaṇṇā āsan, teṣāṁ matam kathaṁ prakāśitam? etat sarvaṁ yathāvat me brūhi. uktavān hi bhavān sarvaṁ vacanaṁ kuru-mukhyayoḥ; dhārtarāṣṭrasya teṣāṁ hi vacanaṁ kuru-saṁsadi.

Translation

ଯୁଧିଷ୍ଠିର କହିଲେ— ହେ ଜନାର୍ଦନ! ଏହାଛଡ଼ା ସଭାରେ ବସିଥିବା ଅନ୍ୟ ସମସ୍ତ ରାଜାମାନେ କିପରି ନିଜ ମତ ପ୍ରକାଶ କଲେ? ଯାହା ଯେପରି ଘଟିଲା, ସେସବୁ ଠିକ୍‌ଠିକ୍‌ ମୋତେ କହନ୍ତୁ। ଆପଣ କୁରୁମୁଖ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ତ ବଚନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି; ଏବେ କୁରୁସଭାରେ ଧୃତରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଓ ତାଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷ ପକ୍ଷରୁ କହାଯାଇଥିବା କଥାମଧ୍ୟ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରନ୍ତୁ।
