Udyoga Parva Adhyāya 132 — Vidura’s Counsel on Udyama, Yaśas, and Kṣātra-Dharma
त्वमेवं प्रेतवच्छेषे कस्माद् वज़हतो यथा । उत्तिष्ठ हे कापुरुष मा स्वाप्सी: शत्रुनिर्जित:
tvam evaṁ pretavac cheṣe kasmād vajrahato yathā | uttiṣṭha he kāpuruṣa mā svāpsīḥ śatrunirjitaḥ ||
ବାୟୁ କହିଲେ— ବଜ୍ରାଘାତରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଶବ ପରି ତୁମେ ଏଠି କାହିଁକି ନିଷ୍କ୍ରିୟ ହୋଇ ପଡ଼ିଛ? ଉଠ, ହେ କାପୁରୁଷ! ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରାଜିତ ହୋଇ ଏଠି ପଡ଼ି ରୁହନି; ଅସହାୟ ଭୀରୁତାରେ ଡୁବନି।
