Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 2 — Yudhiṣṭhira’s Inquiry for His Kin and the Vision of a Punitive Realm
स तीव्रगन्धसंतप्तो देवदूतमुवाच ह । गम्यतां तत्र येषां त्वं दूतस्तेषामुपान्तिकम्
sa tīvra-gandha-santapto deva-dūtam uvāca ha | gamyatāṃ tatra yeṣāṃ tvaṃ dūtas teṣām upāntikam |
ଅସହ୍ୟ ଦୁର୍ଗନ୍ଧରେ ସନ୍ତପ୍ତ ହୋଇ ସେ ଦେବଦୂତକୁ କହିଲେ—“ତୁମେ ଯାହାଙ୍କ ଦୂତ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାଖକୁ ଫେରିଯାଅ। ମୁଁ ସେଠାକୁ ଯିବି ନାହିଁ; ମୁଁ ଏଠାରେ ହିଁ ରହିବି। ଏହି କଥା ତୁମ ମାଲିକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇଦିଅ। କାରଣ ମୋର ସାନ୍ନିଧ୍ୟରେ ଏଠାରେ ମୋର ଏହି ଦୁଃଖିତ ଭାଇ-ବନ୍ଧୁମାନେ କିଛି ସୁଖ, କିଛି ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ପାଆନ୍ତି।”
