राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
यदा पश्यति चारेण सर्वभूतानि भूमिप: । क्षेमं च कृत्वा बत्रजति तदा भवति भास्कर:,जब राजा गुप्तचरोंद्वारा समस्त प्रजाओंकी देख-भाल करता है और उन सबकी रक्षा करता हुआ चलता है, तब वह सूर्यरूप होता है
yadā paśyati cāreṇa sarvabhūtāni bhūmipaḥ | kṣemaṃ ca kṛtvā vrajati tadā bhavati bhāskaraḥ ||
ଯେତେବେଳେ ରାଜା ଗୁପ୍ତଚରମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରଜାଙ୍କୁ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ରକ୍ଷା-କ୍ଷେମ କରି ଚାଲନ୍ତି, ସେତେବେଳେ ସେ ଭାସ୍କର (ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ) ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହୁଅନ୍ତି।
