राजवृत्त-रक्षा-प्रणिधि-षाड्गुण्योपदेशः
Royal Conduct, Protection, Intelligence, and Policy Measures
न संवत्सरसत्राणि तिष्ठेयुरकुतो भया: । विधिवद् दक्षिणावन्ति यदि राजा न पालयेत्,यदि राजा पालन न करे तो उनमें विधिपूर्वक दक्षिणाओंसे युक्त वार्षिक यज्ञ बेखटके न चल सकें
na saṁvatsara-satrāṇi tiṣṭheyuḥ akuto-bhayāḥ | vidhivad dakṣiṇāvanti yadi rājā na pālayet ||
ରାଜା ଯଦି ପ୍ରଜାର ପାଳନ ଓ ଶାସନ-ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳାର ରକ୍ଷା ନ କରନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ବିଧିମତେ ସମ୍ପନ୍ନ ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣାସହିତ ଥିବା ସଂବତ୍ସର-ସତ୍ରଯଜ୍ଞମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିର୍ଭୟରେ ଚାଲିପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
