प्रजापतिर्हिं भगवान्‌ सर्व चैवासृजज्जगत्‌ । स प्रवृत्तिनिवृत्त्यर्थ धर्माणां क्षत्रमिच्छति

Transliteration

prajāpatir hi bhagavān sarvaṃ caivāsṛjaj jagat | sa pravṛtti-nivṛtty-arthaṃ dharmāṇāṃ kṣatram icchati |

Translation

ଭଗବାନ ପ୍ରଜାପତି ଏହି ସମଗ୍ର ଜଗତକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଥିଲେ; ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍କର୍ମରେ ପ୍ରବୃତ୍ତ କରିବା ଓ ଦୁଷ୍କର୍ମରୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ, ଧର୍ମରକ୍ଷାର୍ଥେ ସେ କ୍ଷାତ୍ରଶକ୍ତିର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ଇଚ୍ଛିଲେ।
