Rājā–Rāja-Śabda-Prabhavaḥ — The Origin and Rationale of Kingship and Daṇḍanīti
पाल्यमानास्तथान्योन्यं नरा धर्मेण भारत । खेदं परमुपाजग्मुस्ततस्तान् मोह आविशत्
pālyamānās tathānyonyaṁ narā dharmeṇa bhārata | khedaṁ param upājagmus tatas tān moha āviśat ||
ହେ ଭାରତ! ମନୁଷ୍ୟମାନେ ଧର୍ମଦ୍ୱାରା ପରସ୍ପରକୁ ପାଳନ-ପୋଷଣ କରୁଥିଲେ; କିନ୍ତୁ କାଳକ୍ରମେ ସେହି ପରସ୍ପର ରକ୍ଷାକାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ମହା କ୍ଲେଶ ଅନୁଭବ କଲେ; ତାପରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୋହ ଆବରଣ କଲା।
